Yes. For your protection, Anything But Elephants is bonded and insured through the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS).

Do you have experience in caring for pets with special needs?
Sheri took care of Brandy, her Cocker Spaniel, for three years before he passed away. He suffered from doggie Alzheimer's during that time, but passed away due to liver failure! In addition, she has taken care of a lot of pets post surgery and has assisted in delivering everything from kittens to foals.
What happens during the get acquainted visit?
During this time we will discuss your pets' routines, interact with your pets, answer your questions, pick up a key to your home (please check your key to make sure it works), and discuss payment options.
Is my key and personal information kept in a secure area?
Yes. Your key and personal information are kept in a locked cabinet in the security of our home office.
How does your dog walking/exercising service work?
Of course dogs need exercise everyday to maintain their health, but most need a walk so that they don't become bored or anxious. During this 30-minute visit, we will refresh your dogs' water, feed them treats, and take them on a brisk walk. A leash is required at all times! For the safety of your pets, we will only service one home at a time! If you have more than one dog, we will walk them together unless otherwise requested.
What happens during a typical visit to my home and how long will it last?
We will shower your pets with one-on-one attention, prepare their meals, supply them with fresh water, scoop the litter box, provide indoor or outdoor exercise, brush them, administer medication, give your home that lived-in look, retrieve your mail, water your plants, and complete a detailed pet report. A standard visit lasts approximately 30 minutes depending on your pets' needs.
